AI risk training
The AI literacy measures Article 4 requires, with the per-employee record that shows you took them.
- What you get
- Role-based programme + tracking platform + per-employee certificate
- Timeline
- 2 weeks to rollout
- Who it is for
- Any company whose staff use AI at work. Which since 2024 is nearly all of them.
The duty
Art. 4
AI literacy
If your staff use AI, you must take measures to support their AI literacy, proportionate to the risk and the role. The text no longer asks you to guarantee anyone’s level: it asks you to act, and to be able to show that you did.
In force since 2 February 2025
The Omnibus rewrote Article 4 on 27 July 2026 and almost nobody noticed. It used to require ensuring a sufficient level; it now requires taking measures to support the development of AI literacy, and expressly clarifies that it does not oblige you to guarantee any given individual’s level. It moved from an obligation of result to an obligation of means. That does not soften it: it moves it. What gets looked at is no longer whether your people passed a test, but which measures you took, for whom, and whether you can show it. Which is why what we hand over is the record, not just the course.
What it includes
- Role-based tracks: leadership, HR, technical, and general use
- Real cases from the client’s own sector, not textbook examples
- Comprehension check at the end of each track
- Platform showing every employee’s status and date
- Downloadable certificate per person, aggregate report for leadership
- Content revised when the legal text changes
How it runs
Role map
Who uses which AI, and how exposed. Tracks come from that, not from a fixed catalogue.
Rollout
Staff onboarded to the platform and started. Each person signs in with their work email.
Evidence
Followed through to full coverage, then the report with per-employee dates.
Price
Meeting Article 4 should not cost what a digital-transformation programme costs. These are short tracks with a record, not a master’s degree.
Setup
€1,200
One-off. Role mapping, tracks adapted to your sector, and staff onboarding.
Annual licence, per employee
| Up to 25 employees | €39 |
|---|---|
| 26 – 100 | €29 |
| 101 – 250 | €22 |
| Over 250 | On request |
Minimum contract €1,500 per year.
Includes the platform, certificates, the aggregate report and content revisions when the legal text changes. No charge for joiners or leavers during the year.
The training qualifies for FUNDAE funding. We do not file it: we hand you the paperwork and your administrator submits it.
What it is not
Saying this before you sign avoids the awkward conversation after.
- We do not handle FUNDAE subsidy paperwork. The training can qualify, but the filing is your administrator’s job.
- We do not issue official qualifications. The certificate evidences that the person completed the track, which is what Article 4 asks for.
- This is not hands-on AI engineering training.
Questions
No. Article 4 places the duty on the company; it does not create a regulated training market. It sets no syllabus, no hour count, and requires no accreditation of whoever delivers. And since the Omnibus rewrite, what gets checked are the measures you took, not the badge of whoever delivered them. If someone sells you an "official AI accreditation", there is no such thing.
