Privacy policy

Last updated: 18 July 2026

At Trazia we take data protection seriously — it’s consistent with what we sell. This policy explains what data we process, why, and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

The controller of your data is Vertex Business Solutions SL (“Trazia”), tax ID B23906423, based in Barcelona (Spain). You can reach us at hola@trazia.eu.

2. What data we process

We process the data you give us when you fill in the sample-report form (your email address) and when you write to us (your email and the content of your message). We do not collect special categories of data.

3. Purpose

To send you the sample report you request, respond to your enquiries and, where applicable, manage a possible commercial relationship.

4. Legal basis

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you tick the form checkbox, and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to the enquiries you send us. You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Retention

We keep your data while you maintain consent or the relationship lasts, and afterwards for any legally required periods. Once no longer needed, we delete it.

6. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We rely on hosting and email providers acting as data processors, under the corresponding data processing agreements (DPAs).

7. International transfers

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process data on servers outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the other safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola@trazia.eu, stating the right you wish to exercise.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will publish the current version here with its update date.
