AI risk training
Role-based tracks and an internal record of the measure taken, without presenting training as a compliance certificate.
- What you get
- Role-based programme + tracking platform + per-employee record
- Timeline
- 2 weeks to rollout
- Who it is for
- Companies whose people operate or use AI systems on their behalf and need role- and context-specific measures.
The duty
Art. 4
AI literacy
If your staff use AI, you must take measures to support their AI literacy, proportionate to the risk and the role. The text no longer asks you to guarantee anyone’s level: it asks you to act, and to be able to show that you did.
In force since 2 February 2025
Article 4 requires measures that support the development of AI literacy, taking account of staff knowledge, experience and context of use. It mandates no particular course, duration, exam or certificate. We first map who uses which system and with what exposure; then we design role-based tracks and leave an internal record of the measure, its content and date.
What it includes
- Role-based tracks: leadership, HR, technical, and general use
- Real cases from the client’s own sector, not textbook examples
- Comprehension check at the end of each track
- Platform showing every employee’s status and date
- Completion record per person, aggregate report for leadership
- Content revised when the legal text changes
How it runs
Role map
Who uses which AI, and how exposed. Tracks come from that, not from a fixed catalogue.
Rollout
Staff onboarded to the platform and started. Each person signs in with their work email.
Evidence
Followed through to full coverage, then the report with per-employee dates.
Price
Meeting Article 4 should not cost what a digital-transformation programme costs. These are short tracks with a record, not a master’s degree.
Setup
€1,200
One-off. Role mapping, tracks adapted to your sector, and staff onboarding.
Annual licence, per employee
| Up to 25 employees | €39 |
|---|---|
| 26 – 100 | €29 |
| 101 – 250 | €22 |
| Over 250 | On request |
Minimum contract €1,500 per year.
Includes the platform, individual records, the aggregate report and content revisions when the legal text changes. No charge for joiners or leavers during the year.
Training subsidies vary by country. We provide delivery records for your local administrator, but we do not file national subsidy claims.
What it is not
Saying this before you sign avoids the awkward conversation after.
- We do not handle national training-subsidy filings. We provide delivery records for your local administrator.
- We issue no official qualification or certificate. The completion record documents that a person finished the track and helps record one measure taken; it does not certify Article 4 compliance.
- This is not hands-on AI engineering training.
Questions
Not for Article 4. The Regulation sets no syllabus, hour count or provider accreditation. The Commission also says no specific certificate is needed: an organisation may keep internal records of training and other guidance initiatives. Funding schemes may impose separate requirements.
